What cleaning services does Envirowise provide?
We provide professional cleaning across four main areas: Business Cleaning, Short Lets & Property, Home Cleaning and Specialist Cleaning. Our services range from ongoing commercial and domestic cleaning to property turnovers, deep cleans, end-of-tenancy cleaning and more specialist requirements.
Which areas do you cover?
Envirowise provides cleaning services throughout established service areas across London, Surrey and Berkshire. If you are unsure whether we cover your postcode, contact us and we can confirm availability.
Do you provide both regular and one-off cleaning?
Yes. We provide regular ongoing cleaning as well as one-off services. The most suitable arrangement will depend on the type of property or premises, the service required and your individual cleaning needs.
How do I get a quote?
Tell us about the cleaning service you require and provide a few details about your home, property or premises. Depending on the service, we may ask for additional information, photographs or arrange a site survey before confirming your quotation.
Do you provide commercial cleaning contracts?
Yes. We provide ongoing contract cleaning for offices, workplaces, communal areas and a range of other commercial environments. For suitable contracts, we can arrange a site survey and create a cleaning specification around your organisation.
Do you provide cleaning for short lets and managed properties?
Yes. Our property services include short-let turnovers, serviced accommodation cleaning and support for landlords, estate agents and property managers. Depending on the arrangement, services can also include bed changes, linen coordination, restocking, completion photos and issue reporting.
Do you need photographs before providing a quote?
For some services, particularly deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning and more complex work, we may ask for photographs or video so we can better understand the condition and requirements before preparing a quotation.
Can I arrange specialist cleaning?
Yes. We provide specialist cleaning for situations including biohazards, bodily fluids, sharps, void properties and other sensitive or potentially hazardous cleaning requirements. These enquiries are assessed individually rather than priced through the standard cleaning calculator.
What certifications and standards does Envirowise follow?
Our services are supported by recognised quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Envirowise is also a BICSc Corporate Member.
Are cleaning products and equipment provided?
For standard home cleaning, cleaning products and equipment are included. Requirements can vary for other services, so any specific arrangements will be confirmed as part of your cleaning plan or quotation.
Can my cleaning plan change over time?
Yes. For ongoing cleaning arrangements, requirements can be reviewed if your priorities, schedule or premises change. Speak to us and we can discuss whether your cleaning plan needs adjusting.
